How can I be sure I’m ordering the right size ?
We have thoroughly tested our sizing chart and we are very confident that if followed closely, every piece will fit accordingly.

We’ll assist you live, asking for a few simple measurements to make a perfect garment on you, without any price difference.
Where can i find all colors available ?
Simply contact us by email or on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and we’ll send you a pdf. with all colors and fabrics available.
What material are your products made from?
We use lycra, micro-fibre, velvet, cotton, elastic mesh and above all, ‘diverso’ is the first ballet brand using Italian hi-tech recycled lycra by 80% from plastics. Most of our items are lined with hypoallergenic fabric.
How do I customize my item?
You can customize your items by chatting directly to our designers. It will be a moment totally for you to choose: materials, lining, heems, sleeves, leg-cut and more.

How can i pay my order ?
You can make your payments directly on our website using your debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and more) or by PayPal.

Is it possible to pay by bank transfer ?
Yes, of course. We recommend to use bank transfer if it’s a need, just because the order will not be validated until the transfer it’s validated to our bank account. Usually it takes 2-3 working days for the transfer to be made, once we receive it, we’ll send the order to the production line.
How long do I wait to receive my standard or personalized Diverso ?
Our accuracy and tailoring on making every time an high quality artisan piece, requires a lot of kind attention to details from our designers to our tailors. Each order can take up to 20 working days to be realized and from 24h to 72h to be shipped.
What if I miss the delivery at my door ?
Don’t worry we’ll take care of everything.
We’ll say to the driver try again the delivery the day after, or to leave your package to the closest access point. So we will send you all the details by email about where your package is and working time to collect.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from us.
One more email you’ll receive once your order it’s ready to be shipped includes a TRK number to follow it up all the way to the final destination.
We will reply to your email if we have any questions about your order.
How do I know my order has been shipped ?
Once your order is leaving the ‘Diverso’ warehouse, you will receive an email with all details to follow up your package until your door.
Once I order can I change the shipping address ?
Yes you can change it up to 10 days for the order made.
Why are there no refunds ?
Custom garment means that each and every piece is made according to the customer’s personal choice of color, fabric and more. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for other people’s creativity and for this reason we do not offer any refund on custom orders.
If however, there was a material mistake in kind or colour made during the production process, we will remake your piece correctly, just if the piece received has clearly not been worn or washed. There is a 5 days period from the date the order was received to notify us of any mistakes.
Why are there no refunds on delivery delays ?
Delivery companies have their politics depending on time of the year and countries. Covid-19 made the shipping times for some parts quicker and for others a bit slower. Our customer care will reply to your questions and we’ll do our best to assure you the speed delivery time as we always did. However custom can keep, in some countries , the package to examine it in various ways, all this will be resolved from us in the best time possible.
So the delivery times are attached to the item and not just in ‘diverso’ staff hands.
How do I wash my ‘diverso’ item?
Care instructions are sewn on the inside of your item. Also you can see all the details for each item in its product page.
